アカウントとデータの削除

odekeke のアカウントと、それに紐づくデータの消し方です。アプリの中からご自身で消せます。アプリを消してしまったあとでも、メールでご依頼いただけます。
アプリから消す(いつでもできます)
- odekeke を開きます。
- 右下の「マイページ」を開きます。
- いちばん下の「設定」まで進みます。
- 「アカウントを消す」をタップします。
- 確認の表示に「削除」で答えると、その場で消えます。
アプリを消してしまったとき
locamoca-info@locamoca-inc.com まで、ログインに使ったメールアドレスを添えてご連絡ください。ご本人確認のうえ、30日以内に消します。
消えるもの・残るもの

| 通報の記録 | 不正利用の防止のため、アカウントと切り離した形で最長1年保持します。 |
| バックアップ | 最長30日で消えます。 |
一部だけ消したいとき
アカウントを消さずに、おでかけ1枚ずつ消すこともできます。おでかけの詳細で「…」から「このおでかけを消す」を選んでください。公開をやめたいだけのときは「…」から公開の設定を「非公開」に戻せます。
Delete your account and data

How to delete your odekeke account and the data linked to it. You can do it yourself inside the app, or ask us by email if you have already removed the app.
From the app (any time)
- Open odekeke.
- Open "マイページ" (My Page) at the bottom right.
- Scroll to "設定" (Settings) at the bottom.
- Tap "アカウントを消す" (Delete account).
- Confirm, and the account is deleted right away.
If you already removed the app
Email locamoca-info@locamoca-inc.com with the address you signed in with. We verify and delete within 30 days.
What is deleted, what stays
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Account (Apple / Google sign-in link) | Deleted immediately. The Sign in with Apple link is revoked too. |
| Outings you created, with plans, notes, expenses and packing lists | Deleted immediately. |
| Photos you attached | Deleted immediately. |
| Published outings, profile photo, nickname | Deleted immediately. |
| Notes you wrote in other people's outings | Stay with the person who created that outing, so their record is not broken. They are detached from your account. |
| Reports you filed | Kept for up to 1 year, detached from your account, to prevent abuse. |
| Backups | Removed within 30 days. |
Deleting only part of your data
You can delete a single outing without deleting your account: open the outing and choose "このおでかけを消す" from the "…" menu. To stop sharing publicly, set the visibility back to private from the same menu.
