Locamoca株式会社は、おでかけ記録アプリ「odekeke」におけるお客様の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。何を取得し、何を意図的に取得しないか、そして何が一緒に出かける人に見えるかを明記します。

取得する情報

• ログインの識別子とメールアドレス。Apple または Google でログインしたときに取得します。本人の確認、機種変更後の引き継ぎ、招待した相手の特定に使い、宣伝メールの送信には使いません。
• あなたが入力した内容。呼び名、おでかけの名前・日付・行き先・持ち物・費用・記録の本文・タグ。アプリの機能そのものです。
• 記録に添える写真。1件につき1枚、長辺1280pxに縮小したものだけを保存します。元の写真は端末から送りません。
• 「どう変えたい?」で AI に送る内容。おでかけの構造(項目の名前や画面の並び)と、あなたが打った依頼文。画面の組み替えを生成するためだけに使います。
• 機能の利用状況。どの操作をしたか、生成が成功したかといった構造化された情報と、失敗の種類。記録の本文・写真・依頼文は含めません。

意図的に取得しない情報

• 位置情報。行き先は地名の文字として持つだけで、端末の位置は取得しません。地図は外部の地図アプリを開くだけです。
• 連絡先、カレンダー、マイク。写真は、あなたが1枚ずつ選んだものだけを扱います。
• 広告識別子。広告配信は行わず、他のアプリやWebサイトをまたいだ追跡(トラッキング)も行いません。

一緒に出かける人に見える情報

odekeke はみんなで1枚のおでかけを書くアプリなので、招待した相手には次の情報が表示されます。

• そのおでかけの名前・日付・行き先・持ち物・費用・記録・写真と、参加している人の呼び名。
• メールアドレスは他の利用者に表示されません。呼び名は本名である必要はなく、いつでも変更できます。
• 招待は6文字のコードで行い、7日で無効になります。コードを渡した相手だけがそのおでかけに参加できます。

公開したおでかけ

おでかけは、あなたが「公開」を選んだときだけ、招待した相手以外にも見えるようになります。

• 公開されるのは、あなたが選んだ内容です。おでかけの名前・ひとこと・呼び名・日付・エリア・タグ・予定・感想・選んだ写真・ざっくりした費用(¥ / ¥¥ / ¥¥¥)。割り勘の中身と、感想を誰が書いたかは公開されません。
• 「みんなに公開」にしたものは、odekeke の利用者と、公開ページのリンクを開いた人が見られます(ログインは不要です)。公開する写真は、誰でも開けるURLで配信されます。「友達だけ」にしたものは、一緒に出かけたことのある人に表示されます。
• 公開する文字の内容(名前・ひとこと・呼び名・タグ・予定・感想)は、公開の前に、中傷・個人の連絡先・宣伝などが含まれていないかを確認するため、TypeSafe AI の API に送ります。写真は送りません。TypeSafe AI での取り扱いは同社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
• 公開はいつでも取り消せます。取り消すと、公開ページと公開用の写真は削除されます。

保存場所と保護

• クラウドの保存先は Supabase(東京リージョン)です。おでかけの内容は、作成者と招待で参加した人だけが読み書きできるよう、行単位のアクセス制御を行っています。
• 写真の保存先は非公開で、表示のたびに期限付きのURLを発行します。
• AI の生成は当社のサーバーを経由して Anthropic の API を呼びます。API キーは端末に置きません。Anthropic での取り扱いは同社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
• ログインしていない間は、すべての情報は端末の中だけに保存されます。

利用している外部サービス

• Supabase — データベース・認証・写真の保存。
• Anthropic — 「どう変えたい?」の生成。
• TypeSafe AI — 公開するおでかけの内容の自動チェック。
• odekeke には分析SDK・広告SDK・クラッシュ収集サービスを組み込んでいません。利用状況は当社自身のデータベースに記録され、第三者へは渡りません。

第三者への提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、収集した情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。

保存期間と削除

• おでかけの内容と写真は、あなたが消すまで保存します。おでかけは詳細画面の「…」からいつでも消せます(記録・写真も消えます)。
• アカウントは、マイページの「アカウントを消す」からいつでも消せます。立てたおでかけ・記録・写真はクラウドから消えます。
• 参加していた他人のおでかけに残した記録は、そのおでかけの作成者のものとして残ります。相手の記録が欠けないようにするためで、あなたのアカウントとは切り離されます。
• アプリを削除しただけではアカウントは削除されません。既にアプリを削除された方でデータの削除をご希望の場合は locamoca-info@locamoca-inc.com までご連絡ください。

お客様の選択

• ログインせずに、端末の中だけで使い続けることができます(共有と機種変更の引き継ぎはできません)。
• 写真は添えなくても記録は完成します。写真へのアクセス許可は、写真を選ぶときに初めて求めます。
• 保有する情報の開示をご希望の場合は locamoca-info@locamoca-inc.com までご連絡ください。

お子様の利用

odekeke は13歳未満のお子様を対象としておらず、そのような方の情報を意図的に取得することはありません。お子様がアカウントを作成したと思われる場合はご連絡ください。削除いたします。

本ポリシーの変更

当社は本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後のポリシーは本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じ、冒頭の最終更新日を改めます。

Privacy Policy

Locamoca Inc. operates odekeke, an app for recording outings with the people you go with. This policy explains what we collect, what we deliberately do not collect, and what the people you invite can see.

What we collect

• A sign-in identifier and email address, obtained when you sign in with Apple or Google. Used to identify you, carry your outings to a new device and identify the people you invite. We do not send marketing email.
• What you type: your name in the app, and each outing's name, date, places, packing list, costs, notes and tags. This is the app itself.
• Photos attached to entries: one per entry, reduced to 1280px on the long edge. The original is never uploaded.
• What is sent to the AI when you use "How should it change?": the structure of the outing (field names and screen layout) and the request you typed. Used only to generate the new layout.
• Usage events: which actions were taken, whether a generation succeeded, and the kind of any failure. Never the text of your notes, your photos or your requests.

What we deliberately do not collect

• Your location. Places are stored as text you typed; the device's location is never read. Maps open in an external maps app.
• Your contacts, calendar or microphone. Only the photos you pick one by one are handled.
• Advertising identifiers. We run no advertising and do not track you across other apps or websites.

What the people you go with can see

odekeke is written together, so the people you invite to an outing see the following.

• That outing's name, date, places, packing list, costs, notes and photos, and the names of everyone in it.
• Your email address is never shown to other users. Your name in the app does not have to be your real name and can be changed at any time.
• Invitations are six-letter codes that expire after seven days. Only people you give the code to can join that outing.

Outings you publish

An outing becomes visible beyond the people you invited only when you choose to publish it.

• What is published is what you select: the outing's name, a short description, your name in the app, date, area, tags, the plan, impressions, the photos you pick and a rough cost level (¥ / ¥¥ / ¥¥¥). The details of who paid what, and who wrote each impression, are not published.
• An outing published to everyone can be seen by odekeke users and by anyone who opens its public link; no sign-in is needed. Published photos are served from a URL anyone can open. An outing published to friends only is shown to people you have been on an outing with.
• Before publishing, the text to be published (name, description, your name in the app, tags, plan and impressions) is sent to the TypeSafe AI API to check for harassment, private contact details, advertising and similar content. Photos are not sent. TypeSafe AI's own privacy policy applies to its handling.
• You can unpublish at any time. Unpublishing deletes the public page and the published photos.

Where it is kept and how it is protected

• Cloud data is held by Supabase in Tokyo. Row-level access control means an outing can be read and written only by its creator and the people who joined by invitation.
• Photos are stored in a private bucket and served through short-lived signed URLs.
• AI generation goes through our own server to the Anthropic API. No API key is placed on your device. Anthropic's own privacy policy applies to its handling.
• While you are not signed in, everything stays on your device only.

Who else is involved

• Supabase — database, sign-in and photo storage.
• Anthropic — generation for "How should it change?".
• TypeSafe AI — automatic check of the content of outings you publish.
• There is no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK and no crash-reporting service in odekeke. Usage events are written to our own database, not to a third party.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share your information with third parties except where required by law.

Retention and deletion

• Outings and photos are kept until you delete them. Open an outing's "…" menu to delete it, together with its notes and photos.
• Delete your account at any time from My Page. Your outings, notes and photos are removed from the cloud.
• Notes you added to someone else's outing remain with that outing's creator, so their record stays complete. They are no longer linked to your account.
• Deleting the app alone does not delete your account. If you have already deleted the app and want the data gone, email locamoca-info@locamoca-inc.com.

Your choices

• Use odekeke without signing in and keep everything on your device (sharing and device transfer are not available then).
• An entry is complete without a photo. Photo access is requested only when you choose to add one.
• To ask what we hold about you, email locamoca-info@locamoca-inc.com.

Children

odekeke is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The updated version takes effect when it is published here, and the date at the top changes with it.
