利用規約

本規約は、Locamoca株式会社(以下「当社」)が提供するおでかけ記録アプリ「odekeke」(以下「本サービス」)の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約およびプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

第1条(サービスの内容)

本サービスは、おでかけの予定・記録・費用・持ち物を、一緒に出かける人と1枚に書き残すためのアプリです。旅行の予約や決済、地図の案内は行いません。

第2条(アカウント)

• ログインは Apple または Google のアカウントで行います。ログインしなくても端末の中だけで利用できます。
• ログインに用いるアカウントの管理はお客様の責任で行ってください。
• アカウントはマイページからいつでも削除できます。削除は取り消せません。
• 本規約に違反したアカウントは、停止または削除することがあります。

第3条(共有と招待)

• おでかけの作成者は招待コードを発行し、相手を同じおでかけに招くことができます。招待した相手は、そのおでかけの内容を閲覧・編集できます。
• 招待コードを渡す相手は、お客様ご自身の責任で選んでください。
• 他の利用者が書いた記録・写真は、その人のものです。おでかけの作成者であっても、本人の意に反して公開しないでください。

第4条(お客様のコンテンツ)

• お客様が入力した内容と写真の権利はお客様に帰属します。当社は、本サービスを提供するために必要な範囲でのみこれらを保存・表示します。
• お客様は、写真や記録について、本サービスに掲載する権利をご自身が持っていることを保証するものとします。

第5条(禁止事項)

• 他人になりすます呼び名、または他者を不快にさせる・わいせつな・違法な内容の投稿。
• 他の利用者の同意なく、その人が写った写真や個人情報を投稿・共有する行為。
• スクリプト、改変されたクライアントの使用、および本サービスの運営を妨害する行為。
• 他の利用者のデータへ不正にアクセスしようとする行為。

第6条(費用の計算について)

本サービスの割り勘計算は、お客様が入力した金額を等分するものです。計算結果は目安であり、実際の精算はお客様同士の合意で行ってください。当社は精算の当事者になりません。

第7条(AI による生成)

「どう変えたい?」の機能は、AI が画面の組み替えを提案します。結果は検証を通したものだけが反映されますが、意図どおりでない場合があります。反映前に内容をご確認ください。

第8条(提供と免責)

• 本サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。無停止で提供されることを保証するものではありません。
• 不具合、障害、端末の紛失、招待コードの流出などに起因する記録・写真の喪失や公開について、当社は責任を負いません。
• 法令上免責できない責任については、法令の認める範囲で責任を限定します。

第9条(変更・終了)

当社は、本サービスの内容変更、停止、終了を行うことがあります。終了する場合は、可能な範囲でアプリ内または本ページにて告知します。

第10条(本規約の変更)

当社は本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

第11条(準拠法・管轄)

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These terms govern your use of odekeke, an app for recording outings, operated by Locamoca Inc. By opening the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What odekeke is

odekeke lets you keep an outing's plan, notes, costs and packing list on one page together with the people you go with. It does not book, pay for or navigate anything.

2. Your account

• You sign in with an Apple or Google account. You can also use the app without signing in, keeping everything on your device.
• You are responsible for the account you sign in with.
• You may delete your account at any time from My Page. Deletion is permanent.
• We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.

3. Sharing and invitations

• The creator of an outing can issue an invitation code to bring others into it. People who join can view and edit that outing.
• Choose who you give the code to. That is your call and your responsibility.
• Notes and photos written by other people belong to them. Even as the creator of an outing, do not publish them against their wishes.

4. Your content

• What you type and the photos you add remain yours. We store and display them only as needed to run the service.
• You confirm that you have the right to post the photos and notes you add.

5. Fair use

• No names that impersonate someone else, and no content that is offensive, obscene or unlawful.
• No posting or sharing photos or personal details of other people without their consent.
• No scripts, modified clients or interference with the service.
• No attempts to reach data that is not yours.

6. Cost splitting

The split feature divides the amounts you enter evenly. It is a guide only. Settle up between yourselves; we are not a party to any payment.

7. AI generation

"How should it change?" asks an AI to propose a new layout. Only validated results are applied, but they may not match your intent. Check before you apply.

8. Availability and liability

• The service is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted.
• We are not liable for lost or exposed notes and photos arising from a fault, an outage, the loss of your device or a leaked invitation code.
• Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the extent the law allows.

9. Changes and ending the service

We may change, suspend or end the service. If we end it, we will give notice in the app or on this page where practical.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The updated version takes effect when it is published here.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes go to the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
